Frank Muscato

Frank is a retired teacher and has been a resident of Gates for over 33 years. Besides being an educator, he has served as a veteran (US Navy), school board member and currently as a volunteer for a local and a regional group. He is currently the Chair/Team Leader of the Gates Democratic Committee.

Candidate Statement

I feel a legislative board must demand the administration be well prepared and timely in its proposals, and provide detailed information and answers to any questions or concerns. I feel this relationship is lacking in the Town of Gates. We need to re-establish independency, transparency and accountability in the legislative process if we are going to gain and retain the trust of the citizens who elect us.
