| June 2007 | Petitions for designating selected candidates circulated by Gates Democratic Election District representatives. |
| July 2007 | Petitions filed and periodic financial reports due by 15th. |
| August 2007 | Annual mailing by Board of Elections to verify addresses for November voting. |
